On The Passing of Rosalynn Carter

We are deeply saddened to hear of the passing on November 19, 2023 of Mrs. Rosalynn Carter, the wife of our 39th President Mr. James “Jimmy” Carter.

As First Lady of The United States, she began what was to become her lifelong advocacy to improving America’s mental health care. After her husband’s term in office she, along with him, worked tirelessly to assist in the expansion of Habitat For Humanity, a nonprofit organization which serves to provide adequate and decent housing for those in need.

Her contributions to aid in alleviating the suffering in these two of our nation’s great concerns should not be forgotten.

We extend our warmest thoughts and heartfelt condolences to the Carter family.
